SDLC Solutions has been recognised for its commitment to employees by recently being awarded the Investors in People (IiP) Standard.
 

The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. Mirroring the business planning process, it provides a flexible framework that involves developing strategies to improve the performance of the company (plan), taking action to improve the performance of the company (do) and then evaluating the impact on the performance of the company (review).

 

Following an intensive assessment process, whereby the company had to provide evidence that it met all of the principles of the Standard – plan, do, review - the company was successful in its bid.

 

Managing Director, Pete Stock, is thrilled with the results. “As a services company, I’ve always emphasised that the calibre of our people is our strength. We work hard to make SDLC Solutions a great company to work for, and going for IiP was one way in which we could demonstrate our commitment to that. But it’s not our intention to just frame the certificate and hang it on the wall; we are already planning further improvements based on feedback from the IiP assessor’s review.”
