- SDLC Solutions, the UK testing solutions specialist, is looking for permanent and contract Business Analysts with financial experience to join the company. Skills and Experience required: Extensive experience in business analysis roles (e.g. business process modelling, requirements gathering and documentation), ideally gained within the financial services industry. Knowledge of analysis techniques and experience working within different lifecycle methodologies. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with other members of the team at all levels of the business. Ability to work within large complex organisations and liaise effectively with end-users. Workshop facilitation skills. Desired skills include business process mapping, options analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis and workshop facilitation. Candidates must be willing to undertake security clearance.
