- Able to make rational and timely decisions based on objective analysis and commercial awareness.
- Experience of workshop facilitation and liaising with business areas Experience of mapping As Is and To Be processes.
- Experience of translating business requirements into functional requirements Relationship Management & Stakeholder Management.
- Ability to build, maintain and manage relationships at multiple levels.
- Experience of facilitating sign off of requirements and managing business expectations Supporting development of test and ensuring technical solution meets requirements Time Management.
- Efficiently manages time, projects and resource across multiple priorities to meet schedule and budget constraints

- Lean Sigma UML Use Cases Casewise Rational Requisite Pro Object Oriented Analysis BPN (Business Process Modelling) BPMN (Business Process Mapping Notation)
- ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis.
