David Hallam

Managing Director SDLC Solutions

David is responsible for the management, development and continued growth of SDLC Solutions.  He also heads up the initiative to build and take to market the “Total Assurance Offering” on behalf of the NCC Group. David joined NCC Group in 2010 as co-founder of SDLC Solutions and has been instrumental in the successful integration of the company into the Group.  David is also a Non-Executive Director of a North West based ship forwarding company. He has held senior project, programme and test architect roles within many clients whilst working for US based IT Solutions company Compuware.

Dave Kelly 

Director SDLC Solutions

Dave Kelly joined SDLC Solutions in 2004. In 2005 he set up the Scottish arm of the company and within five years had taken the Scottish revenue of the business to more than £6 million per year. After working with the mobile phone firm BT Cellnet (which went to become O2), he returned to EDS. There Dave headed up a number of different projects on their huge Department for Work and Pensions IT transformation programme, before moving to SDLC Solutions.

Pete Wood

Operations Manager

Pete is SDLC’s Operations Manager responsible for all operational delivery activities.  He joined SDLC as a Senior Programme Manager in 2008 and spent much of his first three years delivering a major data migration programme through a large systems integrator for the UK Ministry of Defence.  Prior to that, Pete delivered a variety of IT progamme and contract management roles within a large government agency.

Kim Collins

Senior Account Manager

Kim is part of the SDLC Solutions Strategic Account Management team responsible for devising and developing total IT assurance solutions for customers across the North, Midlands and the South of England. She has a strong background in developing tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. In previous roles, Kim has directly provided consultancy services to businesses across a wide variety of sectors where the focus was always on improving business levels and reducing costs. In addition, she has a strong understanding of key business drivers, quality and efficiencies through working at board level as a Commercial Director which involved the responsibility for running large UK wide delivery teams.   

Davie Lynn

Senior Account Manager

Davie started his IT career in 1994 as a test analyst, progressing through to test manager before leaving to take up a more challenging role with SDLC. Davie joined SDLC Solutions in 2005, initially as a test manager before moving into a Service Delivery role.  Davie moved into his current role in Account Management in 2007 and is a key member of the Scottish management team working closely with the Regional Director building and maintaining key relationships.

Mark Turner

Senior Account Manager

Mark joined SDLC Solutions from the onset in 2002 as a test consultant before moving to the Account Management team in 2009. Mark has over 10 years of experience in the test space and a further 10 years of experience in account management, with the majority of his career before SDLC Solutions spent in the public sector. Mark has also held test positions at Cap Gemini and Compuware. Mark is now an integral part of the senior account management team at SDLC Solutions where he manages and develops solutions for key strategic accounts.

Leslie Higgins

Senior Account Manager

Lesley joined our team of Senior Account Managers in March 2010 and has overall responsibility for one of our major strategic customers.  Prior to SDLC Solutions, Lesley spent much of her career supplying complex technical solutions to large, private sector organisations.  Lesley has over 10 years Account Management experience.
