We have several solution approaches:

Managed Service Approach
In many instances, clients require SDLC to take total responsibility for a testing project from conception to delivery. In these instances we can either work to SDLC or mutually agreed procedures.

Outsourced Approach
Some of our clients prefer to focus on their core business without the disturbance of providing certain IT services. In these instances clients tend to opt for our outsourced approach, which not only offers flexibility and peace of mind but is also a cost-effective alternative to maintaining and managing a total in-house testing resource.

Whether you require total outsourced services or intermittent support, SDLC has the resources off site to meet your objectives including testing tools support and test preparation and execution.

Centralised Approach
SDLC can help you implement a step-by-step low impact method to achieving centralised testing.

Many companies use distributed test methods. In these instances individual project managers are responsible for the allocation and management of the testing requirements. Although, the projects often achieve the desired results, a considerable amount of resources are duplicated for different projects and different releases. The reusability mantra of the developers is difficult to achieve in the testing environment without implementing a centralised controlling environment. Once done the rewards are impressive with reduced test times; minimal duplication of resources with maximum efficiencies achieved.

Co-working Approach
We recommend this approach when our clients require a core team of consultants to work alongside your in-house testers throughout a project or for a small duration, whether to fill a skills gap in the team dynamics or simply to support a peak period.
